Sally is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. She obtained her bachelors degree in Dietetics from the University of California, Davis, and was awarded a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from California State University, San Jose. Over the past 30 years, she has worked in a wide variety of dietetics settings including clinical, community health, consulting, and education. Her passion is educating people about the importance of nutrition to improve health and reduce the risk of diet related diseases. She enjoys swimming, cycling, music, and spending time with her family. AND, she eats a minimum of five servings of fruits and vegetables every day.
